Change in forecast share
Clients of Dalsia who wish to change the forecast quantities of heat energy must submit an application.
The forecast quantities of heat energy can be changed at the initiative of subscribers with an annual report.
When is a change possible?
Change in the number of residents - if more or fewer people move into the property.
Extended absence - when the property is not used for a long period.
Energy improvements - after renovation, changing windows, or other measures for energy efficiency.
How to request a change?
- Submit a sample application through the Customer Portal, by email, or in person at a Dalsia office.
- Our specialists will analyze the data and confirm the change.
- The new forecast share comes into effect from the next reporting period.
The relevant fees are charged for processing the application when partially reducing or increasing forecast consumption, as well as when completely stopping consumption for heating or hot water. With a requested zero consumption, the client must provide access to the property during the heating season for a control check. It is also necessary to indicate the phone number of the person who will provide access to the property.

Please write a payment reason and subscriber number in the payment document.
RequirementsFor requested zero consumption: the client must provide access for a control check. A signature from the building manager/authorized person and two neighbors is required.
For a decrease in forecast share: signatures from the building manager and neighbors are also needed.
- For an increase in forecast share: the applicant's signature is sufficient.
