IV. Compliance status:
Partially compliant with the requirements of the standard referred to above.
All non-conformities identified during the monitoring carried out by the Control Directorate of the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Transformation (ref. No. 26-00-280/25.06.2026) have been remedied; they are listed in Part V, item 1.
The remaining non-conformities set out in Part V, item 2 were identified by the company itself during a subsequent extended self-assessment covering the entire website, and are limited in scope.
V. Non-accessible content

The non-conformities identified during the monitoring have been remedied as follows:

2. Non-compliance with the accessibility requirements
During the extended self-assessment carried out in September 2026, Dalsia Ltd. identified the following remaining non-conformities, for which the company is taking action:
| Criterion | Name | Description and planned measure |
|---|---|---|
| 9.1.3.5 | Identify input purpose (AA) | Form fields do not carry the autocomplete attribute, which hampers automatic completion. The standard values for name, telephone, e-mail address and user credentials will be added. |
| 9.1.4.10 | Reflow (AA) | On some pages, horizontal scrolling is required at a viewport width of 320 pixels because of fixed widths in the layout. These will be replaced with flexible values. |
| 9.1.4.11 | Non-text contrast (AA) | The contrast of the borders of input fields is below the required ratio of 3:1. It will be increased. |
| 9.4.1.3 | Status messages (AA) | The results of the site search are not announced to assistive technologies. A status message region will be added. |
| Documents in PDF format | 9.1.1.1, 9.1.3.1, 9.1.4.5 (clause 10) | Some published documents (certificates and regulatory texts) have no text layer or no structural tags. They will be reissued in an accessible format, and the regulatory texts and price lists will also be published as HTML pages. |
Indicative deadline for completion: 31 December 2026. The statement will be reviewed once these measures are complete.
