Our history
Dalsia's history began in 1993, when the company was established under the name 'Brunata Bulgaria' OOD – a subsidiary of Brunata International a/s (Denmark). In the early years, the focus was on heat metering and remote reading, setting the foundations for a new standard in energy management services in Bulgaria. Already in 1994, the production of district heating substations under the trade mark Brunata started, marking the beginning of today's engineering and production profile of the company. From 2000 to 2005, Dalsia expanded its activities by introducing innovative technologies for remote reading and energy efficiency, and established itself as a trusted partner of district heating companies in the country. In 2009, the second factory for district heating substations was established in the Industrial Zone Rakovski, near Plovdiv. During this period, the company expanded its presence to international markets, implementing projects in Denmark, Greece, Ukraine, Serbia, France, Italy, Austria, UAE, Kosovo, and Croatia. In 2015, Dalsia became a fully Bulgarian company, marking the beginning of a new stage in its development – strengthening its position as a producer and integrator of heating and cooling solutions. In 2024, the company embarked on a new path by renaming itself to 'Dalsia' Ltd – a symbol of independence, growth, and strategic expansion in Europe. The year 2025 marked the merger of 'Siemens Elveko' OOD and 'Toplocontrol' OOD with 'Dalsia' OOD – part of the long-term strategy to provide better, more integrated and more accessible service. This merger laid the foundation for an expanded portfolio, optimized processes, and strengthened expertise under a common brand – Dalsia. Today, Dalsia is a well-established European brand with offices in Greece, Austria, Kosovo, and Ukraine, offering a full portfolio of heating, cooling, and energy management solutions – from project to maintenance. All under one brand and one mission: to make energy smarter, more accessible, and more efficient.
