After several years away, Adam returns to lead our production team, which focuses on manufacturing district heating and cooling substations.
Q&A with Adam Marvakov
What brought you back to Dalsia? – Dalsia’s focus on innovation and sustainability drew me back. I would like to help optimize the production of our core products so that we can meet the growing demand for energy-efficient solutions.
What are the main challenges in production? – The challenge is to meet the growing demand for energy-efficient substations while keeping production profitable and satisfying the needs of the market. We are focusing on optimizing production processes and integrating cutting-edge technologies.
How do you ensure product quality, especially for the substations? – We have strict quality control measures, including continuous inspections and training. Our goal is to deliver defect-free products that help clients optimize their energy use and reduce costs.
What is your vision for production at Dalsia? – My vision is for Dalsia to remain a leader in the production of high-performance district heating and cooling substations. We will keep adopting the latest technologies, focus on sustainability and provide customers with products that improve energy efficiency and contribute to a greener future.
