General terms of use of the site of DALSIA OOD

1. General Provisions
Please read carefully these General Terms of Use before using the site of DALSIA OOD (referred to below as DALSIA). These general terms constitute a CONTRACT between You and DALSIA, under which you have the right to use our site services by complying with the conditions below. These general terms have a binding effect only in relation to You as a User of the site's services and DALSIA. By accessing the internet pages, you agree to be bound by these general terms and all subsequent changes to them, as well as to comply with them. If you do not agree with all the general terms below, please do not use the DALSIA sites.
Users have the right to use the services of the site for free

, referred to in this document as "the site", solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. All expenses related to establishing a communication connection to the Internet are at the expense of the User and will be borne by him under the conditions and tariffs of his telecommunication operator.2. Basic Concepts
For the purposes of these General Terms, the listed terms are used with the following meanings:
"USER" is any natural person who uses any of the services of the DALSIA OOD site.
"SERVICE/S" on the site include:
- access to the information resources/data provided through the web browser of the site;
- creating and personalizing user profiles through registration, which allows access to the account statements of the registrant;
- receiving SMS notifications for the dates of the meter readings for the distribution devices and other information;
- receiving email notifications for the dates of the meter readings for the distribution devices and other information;
"MALICIOUS ATTACKS BY THIRD PARTIES" - actions or inactions of third parties that are contrary to the rules of internet etiquette, including but not limited to denial of service (DoS - server overload), server intrusion, defacing, data theft, etc.
3. General Information and Registration
DALSIA OOD declares that the websitewww.brunata.bgis accessible to all users who agree to the applicable Terms of Use.
Users, according to these Terms of Use, are categorized into the following two categories:
- Registered Users-those who have created their personal profile in the Customer Portal of DALSIA, through the available electronic form
- Unregistered Users - those who visit the website of DALSIA OOD without registering in the Customer Portal
DALSIA reserves the right to provide access to certain services subject to mandatory registration. The services include:
- access to the account statements of the registrant;
- receiving SMS notifications for the dates of the meter readings for the distribution devices and other information;
- receiving email notifications for the dates of the meter readings for the distribution devices and other information;
Users have the opportunity to obtain free and full access to sections of the site requiring registration by creating their individual user profile.
In the settings of the user profile, users are required to provide complete, true, accurate information, in compliance with the requirements of these General Terms, as well as with thePrivacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data.
DALSIA reserves the right to decide whether to provide a profile/account to the user, to remove or limit user profiles that it deems unacceptable, as well as in case it has reasonable suspicions of violation of these General Terms.
Every 18 months from the initial registration date, DALSIA will remind the user to update the information in their profile.
DALSIA reserves the right to discontinue the provision of the aforementioned free services by posting a message on the site.
4. Security
The user receives the desired Username and Password and access to all online services of DALSIA after completing the registration process. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the received username and password and is fully responsible for all activities and access performed with his username and password.
The user agrees to immediately notify DALSIA of any unauthorized use of their username and password or any other security breach, as well as to terminate access to the services (log out of the system) at the end of each session after using them. In case of loss (forgetfulness) of the password, DALSIA will automatically generate a new one to the email address registered by the user. DALSIA is not responsible for any damages and losses arising from or in any way related to the non-compliance with the provisions of this point.
5. Termination of Access
DALSIA has the right to unilaterally terminate or limit access to the Internet site for certain users without notice in the following situations:
- Tarnishing the reputation of DALSIA with its actions and disseminating messages containing advertising, commercial, obscene, offensive, defamatory, and/or threatening texts and/or images
- Providing incorrect data that violates the applicable legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria, international acts
- Endangering the functionality of the program and technical means through which the services are provided.
In case of unlawful actions under this point, DALSIA has the right to use all technological and legal measures to detect violators and inform the competent authorities. In case of unlawful actions as per the foregoing point of these rules and at the request of the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria, DALSIA has the right to provide them with all available information about the actions and the identity of the User.
6. Copyrights
All rights reserved. All intellectual property rights in the design, structure, content, and website, including the information resources and materials published on the site, are protected under the current Copyright and Related Rights Act, and their unauthorized use constitutes an offense and entails civil, administrative, and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation. No part of this site and the information resources and materials contained therein may be copied, reproduced, and/or distributed in any way and regardless of the means without the explicit written consent of DALSIA.
All images of logos and trademarks, as well as the names of products and services, are registered trademarks, and access to the site in no way constitutes a basis, right, and/or permission for their use, reproduction, modification, distribution, and any other action with them. Limitation of Liability
DALSIA makes every effort to maintain accurate, correct, and up-to-date information on its site, without excluding the possibility of out-of-date discrepancies or omissions. DALSIA is not responsible for the consequences, including any damages, arising from or in any way related to accessing, using, or the inability to use this site. Each publication is subject to change without notice at the discretion of DALSIA. All information on the site is provided in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation, without any guarantee by DALSIA of its inviolability and protection against malicious attacks by third parties. DALSIA has implemented all mandatory technical and organizational measures and procedures for the protection of personal data required by the current legislation and practice in the field. DALSIA reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms at any time by timely posting these changes on the site, along with a message about the changes to the General Terms.
For all issues not regulated by these General Terms, the current Bulgarian legislation applies.
